Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Bellota Importers, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Wagshal’s. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card could be billed a deposit when you place your order.
All wholesale orders will use a third party for deliveries, the delivery fee charged goes to the company placing the order. Bellota Importers, LLC will notify you of the fee for delivery before your order is delivered. Delivery fees are based on the zip code where your order will be delivered and are associated with the delivery company.
Bellota Importers, LLC will ship any of the products that we carry, provided it’s in stock. All orders that will be shipped must be placed via the Bellota Importers order form. At the time you place your order for shipping, we will inform you of when your order will be shipped. All orders will be shipped via the associated trucking company based on where your company is located. We can provide you with an estimate before we fill your order of the shipping costs, if you elect to do this. Bellota Importers does not ship Friday through Sunday. All shipped orders will contain a temperature sensor to ensure that your order arrives within the correct temperature window that maintains the quality of the shipment. It is the receivers responsibility to take a picture of the temperature recording device’s temperature record and email it to Bellota Importers, LLC regardless if everything is fine or not.
Problems with Shipment
Bellota Importers, LLC ships all wholesale orders with a traceable temperature sensor that records the temperature variations throughout transit. Should the shipment arrive not in a frozen state, you need to contact Bellota Importers immediately at 202.595.3505. Calls outside of normal business hours will be handled the next business day. Pictures of the temperature record are required to be sent via email to Bellota Importers. Failure to do so will delay processing of any refunds or credits. Each wholesale shipment is insured through Bellota Importers up until the order reaches your door. The placement of an order is proof that your company accepts these terms.
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. Bellota Importers, LLC will keep you informed of any product(s) that is out-of-stock and if there are substitutes.
Multiple Product Orders
Bellota Importers, LLC will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipment may or may not be shipped as they become available. Bellota Importers, LLC will keep you informed of your order status before your order initially ships should any changes need to be made. You will only be charged for items that are initially shipped, and the shipping charge will only be for those items. Should you desire a second or third shipment to complete your order, your company is responsible for the shipping on each additional shipment sent.
You are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes associated with your order.
All problems with the order need to be addressed at the time of receipt. Bellota Importers, LLC cannot be held responsible for variations in taste, flavor, color or anything else normally associated with a wild animal.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, Bellota Importers, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Wagshal’s shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wagshal’s shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.
